Doesn't this first picture look like they're all ready to storm the castle? Anyway, last week we went to a Branch sledding activity. It was at a little place in Osan City where the snow was mostly man made but everyone had a great time anyway. It was a Saturday so the Koreans were out in force. We all got our sleds and most of us started up the hill. K was very hesitant and perfectly happy to just stay with me at the bottom and watch. A couple of people offered to take some of my little ones down the hill with them because S had gone to C's swim meet in Seoul. My friend J took L and Bro. G took little J. All of the rest of the kids went with friends and had a great time. We hadn't been sledding since Colorado...4 years ago. I did end up taking K down the hill once but he was not impressed so that was the end of my sledding career. Anyway, when you got to the top of the hill everyone would line up across the top of the hill and there was a guy who would blow his whistle to signal the start. They had big foam blocks at the bottom so you couldn't get hurt by going too far and another guy who would herd everyone off so the next group could go.

Who knew Korea had snow, man made or not? I guess I think we have hogged all the snow here in Alaska!
Kids will remember that for a long time. Funny how snow can do that. Looks fun to me.
