We have been going to this bus stop since fall of '08 and this has always been what we've seen. I usually save up the heals from our loaves of bread, keep them in the freezer, and when we have enough I take them with me when I pick up the kids so we can feed the ducks. Luckily, I had bread on this day.
The other day I arrived at the bus stop with the five younger kids and they very excitedly noticed that there were swans on the pond along with the ducks!
They are all huddled around passing out the bread.
They had fun but so far the swans haven't been back.
