Ball Museum

We went to a museum thinking that it was just one big museum but as it turned out, it was several smaller museums housed in one complex or building. The unfortunate thing was, that you had to pay INDIVIDUALLY for each museum. The Dead Sea Scrolls were at this museum as well. I really wanted to see them but it was very expensive and the tour would be all in Korean so I wouldn't get much out of it anyway. We decided to go to the Ball Museum. We were told that it wasn't worth the money but when we got in there the kids didn't want to leave. They had a great time. They had a great big wooden, ball clock. We watched it change times from 12:59 to 1:00 pm. It was extremely interesting. Look for the picture in the slide show below. C is in the picture with it. They had ball mazes on the walls, large free-standing ones, small floor models, magnetic ones that you could build on the wall and ones that you could build in platforms on the floor. We decided that it WAS worth the time and money.

In one of the pictures JB is bringing me a drink in a paper water envelope. They do not have paper cups here, they just have water envelopes. They take a little more skill to drink out of than your typical water cup.

Sounds like a good time to me. Who wouldn't LOVE a ball museum?

Tammy I just got your Christmas card today. I am so excited that you have a blogspot and I can stay current on what you and your family are doing. I think of you often and now I can have some idea of what you are up to as you explore the other side of the world. Great idea, thank so much!
