Well, we received a call from our Seminary teacher at around 5:50am stating that seminary was canceled because the base commander declared a 2-hour delay for work and school due to the roads. Then shortly after 7:00am the secretary at the British school where the little boys go called to inform me that school was canceled and our Bishop called to let us know that all of the Youth activities for that evening were canceled as well. We had about 4" of snow on the ground and the kids were just itching to go out and play in it. They all got suited up and went out to play. We lost track of time and ended up missing the High School and Middle school buses and I did not want to load everyone up and brave the snowy roads (I know...what a wimp) so we ALL stayed home. It was a VERY nice break from our busy schedule.

Way fun. I think God gives us snow days as a gift. Good for the kids and good for mammas. Love the photos. I bet you are glad you have a large yard.
Your house looks amazing! I can only guess you live way out in the country to have found a house and yard that big. Is it a new house. The inside pics make it seem that way!
It was funny to see how the snow in England made headline news! Even we saw it on the news here.
It only snowed once while we were in England.
Wow, how fun! You think you're a wimp? It only got up to 60 here today and I was so cold I had to turn on my heater!! Talk about wimp!! Guess that's what living in AZ all your life will do to you huh?
