Easter break in Holland

At Easter break is when the stars all align and both the British and American schools are off at the same time. So we took everyone and went to Duinrell in Holland. there were two other families that went with us.

We drove to Dover to catch the ferry to Calais, France and drove from there. Duinrell is a complex that has an amusement park, huge indoor water park, and bungalows to stay in. The kids thought that they'd died and gone to heaven!

We stayed for a week and went all over Holland. We visited Amsterdam, Keukenhoff, Madurodam (mini city), Zaanse Schans (a village where they make the wooden clogs, cheese, and have lots of windmills), Anne Frank's house, .

Our tradition was to hit the water park at least once a day. On the last day we did the amusement park. Here are some highlights from the trip:

Keukenhoff is really one of the greatest places on earth. We are quite envious of you.
